Robert started surveying when he left school in 1974 and has achieved chartered status with the Chartered Institute of Building and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He became a sole practitioner in 1995 following a successful career in local authorities.

Now officially retired from surveying, Robert is still on hand for technical advice drawing from his many years of experience.

Edward is an Associate Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and has been surveying and valuing homes in the Sheffield area since 2017.
As well as carrying out Home Surveys, Edward is our in-house RICS Registered Valuer. He has carried out thousands of valuations across the region.

Usually found snoozing in the corner of the office. Enjoys long walks and stealing socks. A very good boy.
